Welcome to the website for WISE - the Welsh Initiative for Supported Employment.

 

WISE is an employment agency for adults who have a  learning disability.
We help people to find real jobs and we give them the support and training they need to help them keep their job. We are based in Swansea city centre and offer a service in Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot.

WISE has recently appointed a new Director -  Meriel Hall.
Meriel started work in February and has quickly settled in to her new role.  
Meriel brings a wealth of experience to her new job, having come to WISE from the Longfields Association.
